Father Forgive Them

Remember, every attack on you is an effort or strategy by the enemy to deface the image of God in you.

Jesus said, “Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing.” And they divided up his clothes by casting lots. Luke 23:34

Father Forgive Them

How do you respond to those who knowingly or unknowingly hurt you?

Do you...

Shut them down?

Shut them off?

Shut them out?

How did Jesus respond?

“Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do.”

Remember, every attack on you is an effort or strategy by the enemy to deface the image of God in you.

Read that one more time.

If someone is gossiping, slandering, belittling, or opposing you, remember it is not about you.

Forgive them and bless them.

Pray today for those in your past or present whom the enemy has deceived to attack the very image of God within you. They were blinded and shielded from seeing the beauty of the Beautiful within you.

Lord, give us Your eyes to see others as You see them. To see ourselves as You see us, beloved. Amen
