Grace Is Power

Let us then approach God's throne of grace with confidence so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need. Hebrews 4:16

Grace Is Power

Living outside God's Grace is like having chronic shortness of breath; I can't run the race.

Grace is one of those Christian words that are often overused and misapplied. When this happens, words lose their power.

Grace is not something that is applied when someone messes up, and the resulting response is, "Awe, give 'em' some grace."

It is not a pitiful application of balm to a wound.

Mercy would be a better response in those cases.

Grace is not the blessing before our meals.

Actual Grace is power!

Grace is the power to live how Jesus lived because He is our life.

Grace enables us to do what is impossible for us but God can do.

Grace is our Abba Father with His sleeves rolled up and saying, "Son, let's get-r-done!"

In what areas of your life do you need Grace?

Are there any areas where Grace needs to replace your willpower?

Let us pray as Paul prayed, "May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all." Amen (2nd Corinthians 13:14)
