I am who I AM, says I am!

Our world is often like walking through a funhouse of mirrors.

Christ has now reconciled you to God in His physical body through death to present you before the Father, holy and blameless and beyond reproach. Colossians 1:2

I am who I AM, says I am!

"Whenever we can live from our eternal identity, our current temporal reality can be seen clearly and not distorted by our senses." Mark

Our world is often like walking through a funhouse of mirrors.

Relationships and circumstances will continue to distort how we see ourselves if we use them to reflect who we are.

If we believe we are our performance, we will be governed by keeping score.

If we believe we are how we are accepted or rejected, then we will be governed by the direction of someone else's opinion.

If we believe we are victims of our circumstances, our lives will be governed by a victim's mentality.

In each case, we are the ball on the opposite end of the chain, thrown to and fro with every changing circumstance and opinion.

When we accept who God says we are: holy, blameless, set apart, and beloved, then we are centered with Him.

We will live from a solid footing on higher ground.

Lord, I believe who You say I am. You have given me Your purpose to love others with Your love. I believe You love me regardless of what this world or the prince of it would tell me. I choose to live by faith, not feelings. Amen
