And my God will liberally supply (fill to the full) your every need according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19
Kingdom Abundance is Redundant
Scarcity is like a pair of glasses we do not know we have on, but they interfere with everything we see. Lynn Twist
In the above verse, Paul is speaking about there being enough finances to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
This kingdom principle also applies to all gifts, talents, and workers.
A worldly mindset will always look at the deficit when faced with a problem.
This is a scarcity mindset.
It is like looking at a $5,000 bill due and wondering how you will pay it, not considering what is in the account.
God’s kingdom mindset starts with His abundance.
It always considers the King's resources.
Remember the element of faith here.
An abundance mindset doesn't deny that there is a problem. It denies the problem a place of influence. (Bill Johnson paraphrase)
Remember, Our God, for He is the One who created all we see and don't see!
He owns the cattle on a thousand hillsides!
Nothing is beyond Him.
He is the giver of abundant life!
In what areas of life do you need to remove your 'scarcity glasses'?
How might you ask God to renew your mind into one of His abundance?
Lord, You are always more than enough! Thank you for the revelation of being our abundant Father. Change our minds to think like You and our eyes to see past challenges to the fulfillment of our destinies to Your glory. Amen
