Christ Is Your Life
Part Three — When His Life Begins To Flow
Transformation is not behavior change—it’s life exchange.
What They Noticed
There was nothing outwardly remarkable about them.
“The members of the council were amazed… for they could see that they were ordinary men… They also recognized them as men who had been with Jesus.” (Acts 4:13, NLT)
That was it.
They had been with Him.
And somehow, that changed everything.
Where The Difference Was
It wasn’t their ability or their training.
It was His life.
Living through them—not as something they were trying to produce, but as something already present.
What Begins To Shift
When His life begins to flow in you, the change is often quiet.
You begin to notice people differently, respond with more patience than you expected, and feel drawn toward love instead of effort.
Not because you are trying to be different, but because something in you already is.
We often assume the difference is discipline or knowledge.
But it’s not.
It’s life—a life that doesn’t originate in you, but now lives within you. And the more you stop trying to produce it, the more freely it begins to flow.
What Becomes Visible
Transformation is not behavior change—it’s life exchange.
And when that exchange begins to be recognized, even in small ways, something starts to unfold. Not all at once, but enough to notice, enough to trust.
“They have turned the world upside down…” (Acts 17:6)
Not because they were trying to.
But because His life was moving through them.
And people encountered Him.
Reflection
Where might His life already be moving in me?
What would it look like to trust that more?
Where can I allow instead of try?
Prayer
Abba Father, thank You that Your life is already within me. Help me live from You, not from myself, and let Your love move through me in ways I don’t have to force. Amen.
