Identity Crisis Part II

Only Love Matters

Don’t you see: you died, and your life has been hidden with the king, in God! When the king is revealed (and he is your life), you will be revealed with him in glory. Colossians 3:3-4

Identity Crisis

Your past doesn't define you. Success nor failure. Nor what people say or think.

Your present circumstances don't define you, regardless of their appearances or causes.

Your future will not define you, regardless of your destination.

Hidden with Jesus Christ in God the Father, you are the beloved of God.

You are a beloved child.

This is your identity that can not be stolen, only revealed moment by moment as you live.

When you find your identity in Christ as a child of God, you live from a place of freedom and purpose regardless of what has happened, is happening, or will happen.

Hope, the joyous expectation of good, will remain.

Remember, you live by faith, not appearances.

Only Love Matters

Meditate on our Abba Father and His perfect love for you.

Ask the Holy Spirit to reveal any lies you have believed about who you are in Christ.

Lord, we receive, don't achieve Your love. Loosen our grip on striving to be someone and teach us to be Your beloved in Christ. Amen
