Kingdom Math

What Love Can Do Together

Kingdom Math

What Love Can Do Together

“…immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us…” Ephesians 3:20

The Gift Of Another Person

Have you ever watched a few people gather around someone who needs help?

One brings a meal, another offers a ride, and someone else stays long enough to listen.

Nobody can meet every need, but together they become a family around someone who thought they were alone.

More Than Addition

Paul planted and Apollos watered, but God made things grow. They shared the work without either carrying the responsibility for producing life.

Kingdom math reaches beyond adding up our abilities.

We are participating with Jesus, trusting Him to bring fruit neither of us could produce alone.

We each have something to bring without either of us having to bring everything.

Ordinary Jars, Extraordinary Fellowship

Paul describes us as jars of clay carrying a treasure whose power belongs to God, not us.

We bring our humanness into this partnership, not a more impressive version of ourselves.

Your encouragement can help me keep going. My experience can help you find a way forward.

The Holy Spirit works through our differences as Christ’s Body grows together in Love.

Love That Keeps Growing

The person we helped may eventually be the one sitting beside someone else who is hurting.

What began with a meal and a little company can become kindness reaching people we will never meet.

Let's leave room for that kind of Kingdom math.

Abba hasn’t invited us into a competition to see who can accomplish the most, but into the joy of sharing His Life together.

Love received becomes Love shared, and the circle keeps growing.

Reflection

What have I been trying to carry alone?

Whose gifts could I welcome alongside mine?

Who might experience His Love through us together?

Prayer

Abba Father, draw us into the joy of working with You and one another. Multiply Your kindness through our shared lives. Amen.
