While It Is Still Today

Letting Love Speak Now

While It Is Still Today

Letting Love Speak Now

“Encourage one another daily, as long as it is called Today…” Hebrews 3:13

Do not postpone the love that can be given today. Mark

There are moments that make life very quiet.

A hospital room can do that. It can slow the noise of schedules, plans, and ordinary hurry until what remains is a face you love, a hand you hold, and words you suddenly know are too precious to keep waiting.

We pray with hope.
We believe for healing.
And still, love reminds us to speak now.

The Love We Save

Most of us have words stored up in our hearts...

“I love you.”
“I’m proud of you.”
“You are valuable to me.”
“God delights in you, and so do I.”

Sometimes we don't hold them back because we lack love. We hold them back because we assume there will be a better time, a less awkward moment, another opportunity.

But sometimes those opportunities don't come calling again.

Love was never meant to wait for perfect timing.

As Long As It Is Called Today

Hebrews tells us to encourage one another daily, as long as it is called Today.

Today is where love has a voice.

Today is where tenderness can become a text, a call, a blessing, a prayer, a hand on a shoulder, or forgiveness offered while it can still be received.

Tomorrow may bring healing, joy, and more days to love. We hope it does.

But love is always given in the present.

The Gift Within Reach

Abba does not love us in theory.

He reveals His love in Jesus, and He keeps making His love visible through sons and daughters willing to notice and bless.

The words do not have to be perfect.

They only need to be true.

While it is still today, let someone know they are seen, treasured, and loved.

Let them hear the echo of Abba’s delightful love in your voice.

Reflection

Who needs to hear today that they are loved, valued, or seen?

What blessing have I been waiting to speak?

How can Abba’s love become visible through me before this day closes?

Prayer

Abba Father, open my eyes to the people within my reach today. Give me courage to speak love with tenderness, hope, and truth. Let those near me feel how deeply You delight in them. Amen.
